LCS Pre-K programs are available for children who are 3 and 4 years old by September 30, 2023 who meet the eligibility criteria of the Virginia Preschool Initiative and live within the City limits of Lynchburg. In order to be considered for eligibility of these programs, all sections of this application must be completed and successfully submitted. Incomplete applications will not be processed. The information provided will be kept confidential and will be considered to determine eligibility for the Pre-K program for the 2023-2024 school year. Please submit only one application per eligible child.
